ABOUT ME

Photography is about far more than capturing a moment. It is about revealing atmosphere, character, history and emotion in ways that words often cannot.

I am an independent photographer whose work explores people, places and stories through a distinctive artistic lens. While I am widely known for portraiture and fitness photography, my work also encompasses landscapes, cityscapes, flora and fauna, architectural studies, heritage environments and visual storytelling projects. Every week, I take part in a photographic group, where a new challenge is set to take a distinctive and technically perfect image, then shared within the group, designed to widen our horizons.

My photography is driven by observation, authenticity and attention to detail — whether capturing the quiet geometry of an urban street, the changing light across a landscape, or the character of a historic building.

Working alongside Alison Johnson, whose background spans marketing, communications and public engagement, we combine creative and strategic expertise to deliver photography projects, exhibitions, commissions and visual campaigns that connect with audiences and tell meaningful stories.
